Empire Engineering was engaged to provide the civil engineering design and documentation of all civil aspects of the Shalom College Eggmolesse Street Carpark, including earthworks, drainage, roadworks and streetscaping for the 160 space carpark and the dedicated bus set-down and pick-up area. In addition to the design works Empire Engineering was also responsible for all aspects of project management and contract administration including preparation of Bill of Quantities, calling for and assessment of tenders, preparation of contract documents in accordance with AS4000 and site supervision and final certifications.
