Many large scale developments or developments located in close proximity to a State Controlled Road or other traffic sensitive area trigger the requirement of a Traffic Impact Assessment.

Empire Engineering has extensive expertise in the preparation of Traffic Impact Assessment Reports to satisfy regulatory agency requirements.

Traffic Impact Assessment Reports present the results of modelling and identify nodes within the local road network that may be susceptible to operational or capacity impacts from increase traffic generation as a result of the proposed development and what mitigation measures, if any, may be necessary to ameliorate these impacts.
